About PRINCE2 Foundation

Gaining a PRINCE2 qualification is now even easier. We are an approved PRINCE2 Training Organization (ATO) and we offer an unique approach to obtaining your certification via the Internet through e-learning combined with a dedicated e-coach to provide help throughout the course. Your questions will be answered by an accredited trainer who is there to support you. Studying at your own pace ensures efficient and effective learning. On completion of the e-learning modules the participant needs to sit the final Foundation Exam at a dedicated examination center. The PRINCE2 Foundation course focuses on equipping the participant with a detailed knowledge of the methodology including the seven principles, seven themes, seven processes and techniques central to running a project using the PRINCE2 method.

• Themes - An overview of the 7 themes of the method and how each theme supports the processes
• Processes - A description of the 7 PRINCE2 processes from Starting up a Project until Closing a Project
• Techniques – A description of the PRINCE2 techniques Product Based Planning en Quality Review
• Foundation Exam Preparation - Mock exams with answers provided

Certification

The successful completion of the Foundation Exam will give the participants a recognized Foundation qualification.
