We have two types of support focused on the enhancement of your learning experience; E‑coaches and technical support. Our e-coaches have years of experience in project management. The e-coach takes care of all your questions regarding the content of our courses and supports you via mail or forum. The e-coach will also make sure that any technical questions you have will be answered or solved by our technical support.
The e-learning courses are accessible via an Internet connection. Communication between your computer and our server is done via a secure internet connection (port 443). In case of problems we recommend to disable proxy servers or firewalls for the myMetiers IP address (81.93.166.5). Although there is no minimum connection speed, the connection has to be reasonably stable due to the continuous communication of your progress on the platform.
